วิสฺสาสา ภยมนฺเวติ.
Through trust, danger follows.

อติจิรํ นิวาเสน ปิโย ภวติ อปฺปิโย.
Through living together too long, even loved ones grow weary of each other.
ขุ. ชา. เตรส. ๒๗/๓๔๗.
ยํ เว เสวติ ตาทิโส.
Whomever one associates with, such a one does one become.

เอกรตฺตํ ทฺวิรตฺตํ วา ทุกฺขํ วสติ เวริสุ.
To live among enemies for one night or two is suffering.

ทุกฺโข พาเลหิ สํวาโส อมิตฺเตเนว สพฺพทา.
Living with fools always brings suffering, like living with enemies.
